Located in the Texas Medical Center of Houston, this submarket is the largest concentration of doctors and hospitals in the world. The hospitals include M.D. Anderson, Memorial Hermann Hospital, St. Luke’s hospital and others.
The combined medical entities of the Texas Medical Center employ over 105,000 people, the largest employment submarket in the Houston Metro. The site is one of the last development sites, limiting competitive developments. The development was sold to an institutional investor.
